Today, at about 6:30 PM (Brussels' hour), the Romanian European Deputy, Mr. Corneliu Vadim Tudor (president of PRM party), will have a speech in European Parliament with regards at animal cruelties in Romania and the necessity of neutering the dogs in view of their reduction.
